This is a 3 day Art Fair in London

If you would like to be considered for the Summer Exhibition September 2025, please complete the form below and select your required space, (options and exhibition fees listed below).

The New Artist Fair is open to all artists who have been creating art for up to 10 years or any artist who has not yet established themselves in the art world and is looking to do so. If you are a New Artist and would like your work to be seen by 1000s of people, then we provide the platform to do so, our exhibitions take place in premium Central London locations.

Previous venues for our exhibitions have been at the Old Truman Brewery - Brick Lane, London E1; Candid Galleries - London EC1V;  Wilkes St Gallery, London E1 and Westminster Art Gallery, - London WC2H.

How to Make Your Submission...

 
Making a submission is free; selected artists will be required to pay for their space by way of an Exhibition Fee.
To make a submission please fill in the form below attaching 3 example images of your best works that will be available for sale at the exhibition along with the prices (each individual artwork shown at the fair must have a sales price between £50 - £2,000). If however you have a special artwork or Masterpiece that you would love to exhibit that is above the £2k threshold, then you may do so, as long as it is displayed with a special '£POA' label.
We would prefer that artwork provided below on the submissions form be kept available to sell at the fair as we will be promoting these works before the fair commences. Please note, you will be allowed to show more than just these three images, as long as they fit comfortably within your chosen space. Full details and guidelines will be provided upon acceptance.

If selected, your name and an example of your art will be featured on our website before and during the fair making sure any visiting collectors, gallery owners and buyers are already familiar with your art.

All chosen artists will be provided hanging space to display their artworks, a mention on our website including an example of your work, shared on our social media channels and be given helpful guidance via email whilst leading up to and throughout the duration of the event by the organisers.

We have a £10,000 marketing and promotions budget which brings in 1000s of art lovers, first time buyers, art collectors and investors. See our Blogs page for last year's statistics to help your decision making process.
Our experienced marketing team promotes our events in numerous London outlets and specialised publications. Once artists have secured their space for the fair, we continuously promote their work on numerous online outlets and on our ever-growing social media platforms where we currently have a combined total of over 30,000 Friends and Followers (via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).

Information pack, posters & flyers
Website listing of name and example artwork
All advertising, marketing and promotion
Instagram posts to promote examples of your artwork
Invitation to Private View, including complimentary drinks
Security throughout the duration of the exhibition
Public Liability Insurance
Supply of tools + screws for your hanging space
Advice on the curation of your layout if required
Printed artist space signage with our logo (you may also bring your own)
Continuous support and advice regarding your art career and exhibiting with us
All emails from our exhibiting artists are usually replied to within 48 hrs

Artist Wall Space Options [all 2.4 Metres in height with strip lighting]
2 Linear Metres     - flat wall space = £545+20%VAT
2.5 Linear Metres  - flat wall space = £655+20%VAT
3 Linear Metres     - flat wall space = £765+20%VAT
4 Linear Metres     - flat wall space. = £985+20%VAT
5 Linear Metres     - 1m x 3m x 1m 'The VIA Stand' = £1,200+20%VAT
6 Linear Metres     - flat wall space next to The Bar, with Spot Lights 'The Collective Space' = £1,445+20%VAT

Deadline
Artists are accepted on a rolling basis until the spaces have been filled, so it is never too early to make your submission!

We encourage artists to be present at the Private View and ask that either they or a representative are able to look after their space over the course of the weekend at the fair. Buyers and collectors come to our events to meet the artist or at least talk to someone who knows about their work, and we have found that artists who engage with our visitors are generally more likely to make multiple sales, receive commissioned work or be recruited by a gallery.

​​In 2023, not including cards or prints, 70% of our exhibiting artists made sales of original artwork.

Artists may take their own payments (0% commission) so that our buyers and collectors can buy directly from our artists, this will also help to keep the event more Covid-secure by reducing the crowds around the payments desk.
If artists would prefer that we take payments on their behalf, we have a 10% admin fee to cover the admin and credit/debit card costs, meaning that these artists still take 90% profit on art sales processed by the event.

Some of our artists are exhibiting for the first time and often it is about gaining exposure for them, getting feedback, gaining new art contacts, being seen by galleries etc.

Any art sales after the event, from artists' own websites or from commissioned work etc, artists will keep 100%.
