For me, painting means passion and fascination, discovering new
perspectives; exploring the world around me and its details from another,
more intense, view.

Why pointillism? Because I am fascinated by the idea to express
complexity with a simple technique. The result - the finished art work - is
more than the sum of its parts. The interaction of dot or no dot, black and
white reveals an entirety which is revealing itself easily to the viewer.
Only at a closer look does it disintegrate into single dots.
