'I participated in The New Artist Fair in February 2012 and I really enjoyed being a part of it. The organisers Leah and Oliver, went above and beyond to ensure everyone was situated well and even took it upon themselves to hang the work which was incredibly kind of them.
They were always available to answer questions and take phone calls before and during the fair, which I felt was very important and gave me huge peace of mind. The venue was very big and all artists were evenly spaced and well curated.
The opening night was very well attended and people were coming in right up until the last half hour to have a look around.
I met some very nice people, got some lovely feedback about my work, and notched up the numbers on my mailing list. It was also a great opportunity to promote any forthcoming events I was a part of, as the organisers encouraged and actively helped me get word out about an exhibition I was holding a week later.
I have done other art fairs before, but this one was great value for money and I really felt the people running it cared very much about each individual artist. The fact that one of them is a practising artist herself meant that it was really being done with a genuine love of art behind it.
If you want to be part of a show which is friendly, well organised and delivers what it promises, then I urge you to apply for the New Artist Fair. I really enjoyed it. www.heloisetoop.com .'
